These Slide
Rests are made from new patterns, and are very strong and well proportioned
in all their parts. The sliding surfaces are scraped and carefully fitted.
The screws are all made of steel. The handles are made of a convenient
shape and nicely finished.
All wearing
surfaces have adjustable gibs for taking up wear.
The tool
post has an arrangement for raising or lowering the tool, which can be
quickly adjusted.
These slide
rests are guaranteed to be first-class, and to give satisfaction in every
respect.
